After carrying the Olympic flame on February 12, Vancouver’s native singer Sarah McLachlan and her co-performers including Bryan Adams and Nelly Furtado, mesmerized audiences worldwide with their opening performances at the Winter Olympics 2010.

At the ceremony, Sarah McLachlan performed the heart-melting song ‘Ordinary Miracle’ which was written by Glen Ballard and David A. Stewart for the 2006 movie ‘Charlotte’s Web’. Her song ‘One Dream’ was also chosen as the official song of the Winter Olympics 2010. Written in the spirit of the Olympics, “One Dream” is inspired by the athletes of the world as they strive to reach their Olympic goals.
